Post Workout Salted Caramel Smoothie

If you have seen any of our social media over the past week you will know that we are getting very excited about the launch of our divine little pots of heaven into Planet Organic this week. To mark the occasion, we are creating a mini-series of recipes to show you how versatile and amazing Onist pots are and so you can create the same recipes at home!

With summer right around the corner we have created the perfect post workout smoothie to refuel your muscles and leave to rearing to go the next time you hit the gym. It is packed full of protein, carbs and healthy fats as well as a whole host of micronutrients such as fibre, magnesium and iron. These are all essential for helping muscle growth and repair after a long workout.

The actual recipe couldn’t be easier to throw together and chucking into your bag before work. There are only 4 ingredients, but the great thing about a smoothie is that it is so easy to ad lib and change up the ingredients as to what you prefer. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Salted Caramel Onist Pot
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
150ml Milk of your choice

Method
-  Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender.
-  Enjoy from your most Instagram worthy mason jar!
