Bloat Busting Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 banana

Handful kale

Large handful blueberries

1tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseeds

1 tsp goji berries

Optional; a few almonds and 1 tsp wheatgrass powder

1/2 cup Rude health coconut milk drink 

Handful ice

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or smoothie maker and enjoy!
